About the Photographer

Pat Lee was born in 1980 and moved to the United States when he was five years old from his native country of Thailand. Expressing an intense interest in the visual and communication arts at age 12, Pat became an instrumental part of his school's newly created video production and broadcast program. For the next few years, Pat continued cultivating his skills within the school's program as well as by working for various local television affiliates and video production companies. Pat began submitting his work for video competitions at age 16 and by the time he graduated high school had won nearly a dozen regional and national production awards for his work. During that time Pat expanded his skills to encompass graphic design and web authoring.

At 18, Pat relocated to Tampa, Florida where he joined Repetrope Productions, a producer and retailer of bodybuilding and fitness videos. There Pat became an integral part of the company's growth, bringing production value and content to a level rare to any special-interest video market. Pat oversaw the development of the company's expansive web presence, which coupled with engaging and visually-striking promotional content helped to make Repetrope a leading retailer of bodybuilding videos worldwide.

Pat began photography as an aside to his video production work in 1999 while directing a video for StrengthNet Entertainment, a leading bodybuilding and fitness modeling agency. Since then StrengthNet has continued to take advantage of Pat's skills and talent in photography and video to bring out the best in the models they represent.

In summer of 2002 at age 21 Pat created Axius Photography to help expand his photographic endeavors and to make his skills available to others.

Pat currently resides in Chicago.
